ALL online & walk in registrations need to complete a Waiver Form per child/adult. This form needs to be printed, signed, and deliver/mailed in it's original state to the Recreation Office, no later than the first scheduled program. Sorry, no faxes!

All new LEAP applicants for the 2015 LEAP program must complete an application form and attend a mandatory group interview between March 2 and March 31. The LEAP applications are available at the end of February at the Waltham Recreation Department or by visiting the Recreation Department Web Site (link: Registration Forms). Group Interview Days are limited to the number of candidates, please call the Recreation Department (781-314-3475) and reserve your day. All applications and interviews must be completed no later than Tuesday, March 31. Payment is only required when the LEAP applicant is accepted to a specific week.
Returning LEAP (Waltham youth entering grades eight and nine) will have the opportunity to register through Online and Walk in registration for one week of LEAP. The Returning LEAP registration will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. A waitlist is available if the opportunity allows for an additional week. Please visit the Recreation Department to inquire.
