Pickleball/Tennis

Courts are for tennis and pickleball use only. 

Consecutive reservations are not permitted.  Unless
reserved, courts are available on a first come, first serve basis.

• Waltham Recreation Department programs will host seasonal recreation lessons; courts are unavailable during reserved/posted times
• Limit total court time to 1.5 hours, when others are waiting
• Persons waiting to play must stay outside the court
• No alcoholic beverages, glass, pets, food, profanity or smoking are allowed
• No roller blades, bicycles or skateboards
• No private, for-profit athletic services are permitted
• Use courts at your own risk
• Tournaments are not permitted without prior permission from the Waltham Recreation Department.

Reservation Policy –

• Reservations are open to Waltham Residents two months in advance and close one day prior
• Reservations for non-residents are open one month in advance and close seven days in advance
• Courts will be numbered and labeled. (ex. Pickleball #1 & Tennis #1)
• In the event you need to reschedule due to weather etc., an alternate date may be available.   It is the responsibility of the permit holder to notify the Recreation Department, by noon the Wednesday prior, to be eligible for an alternate date.  No refunds will be provided.  Any change of date will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee.  At the discretion of the Director of Recreation, a credit on account can be issued if no alternate date is available.
• The Director of Recreation, reserves the right to reject permit requests due to previous misconduct. 

Failure to follow all regulations will result in loss of future permits
