WFD Firefighter Selvin Sandoval Honored With “Waltham Hero Award”

Tuesday – March 20, 2012

Waltham Firefighter Selvin Sandoval will be honored tonight (Tuesday, March 20, 2012) during a banquet at The Chateau Restaurant starting at 6 p.m.  Firefighter Sandoval was one of five inaugural winners of the Waltham Hero Awards.  The award program was developed by The Waltham News Tribune (Wicked Local Waltham) in conjunction with the Waltham Lions Club, WCAC-TV, and the Waltham West Suburban Chamber of Commerce.

Tickets to the awards banquet are $50, and are available at the WCAC-TV station (400 Main St.), at the Chamber of Commerce (84 South St.), or by emailing Maria Sheehan at maria@wcac.org.
