CPW Public Hearing regarding removal of public shade trees

The MWRA is replacing a large waterline that is located below these trees. The City is getting back inch for inch replacement trees. There are 457 inches of diameter being removed. That is equal to more that 300 new bare root trees for the City. Sixty trees will be planted on the West side of Waverly Oaks Rd. The remaining trees will be planted in other parts of the City.
