Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month, except during the months of July and August, at 7:30 p.m. When Monday falls on a holiday the meeting shall be held on the following day, provided, however, that when Monday falls on December 24, the meeting shall be held on December 26.
The Licenses and Franchises Committee shall meet at seven 7:00 p.m. The Veterans Services Committee, the Public Works and Public Safety Committee, the Economic and Community Development Committee, and the Long Term Debt and Capital Planning Committee shall meet upon the call of the Chairperson of the committee.
The remaining committees shall meet in the following order, beginning at 8:00 p.m., Committee of the Whole, Committee on Finance, Committee on Ordinances and Rules
