Request For Information

The Engineering Department maintains record utility information and street / right-of-way layout plans.  If you would like to request any of this information please fill out the form below and email it to jmartino@city.waltham.ma.us and ewong@city.waltham.ma.us or drop off a hard copy at the Engineering Department office.  If you are requesting plans for a broad area please provide a locus map depicting your limits of request along with the completed form.

The Engineering Department does not maintain records of property deeds.  If you are looking for a copy of your deed you may find it at the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds website through a search of your property address.  The registry website can be found by copying and pasting the following url address into your browsers search bar: https://www.masslandrecords.com/MiddlesexSouth/  You will see "Search Criteria" in the upper left corner of the page and from there can choose "Property Search" to search by address.

While the Engineering Department may have a number of updated plot plans on file from recent permitting, we do not maintain plot plan records for each individual property across the City.  If the Engineering Department does not have a recent plot plan for your property, you may check with the Building Department or at the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds at the link above.
