You can purchase a bin for $30.00 at the City of Lexington’s Public Works Dept. (201 Bedford Street), open Mon-Fri, 7:30am-3:00pm. You pay for your bin there, and then take your receipt over to the Minuteman Facility booth on 60 Hartwell Ave in Lexington to actually pick up your bin.
