There’s potential for a significant winter storm this weekend. Though snow totals are still up in the air for our region, now would be a good time to make sure you’re ready and prepared!

- Make sure to sign up with our CodeRED Emergency Notification System to begin receiving citywide emergency alerts via phone, text, and email. Any announced Snow Emergencies / Parking Bans will be communicated through our CodeRED system. If you're not sure if you're in the system or not, sign-up anyways. The system will automatically remove any duplicates. It would also be a good idea to subscribe to our city news/announcements. Under “Urgent Alert Updates”, select “City Alerts”, and under “News or Announcement Updates”, select “City News”.

- Waltham's Inauguration Ceremony is scheduled for this Sunday at 1pm. As of now, the inauguration will still be held as scheduled, out front of City Hall. If you plan to attend, please dress accordingly. Pending the weather, it may be moved inside City Hall.
