  • Frightful Fridays at Gore Place
    Enjoy 4 spooky stories as you move through the beautiful 1806 Gore Place Mansion. The events will be held on Friday, October 13th, 20th, and 27th @ 6:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. See more and grab your tickets here
     
  • Waltham Recreation Department's Halloween in the Park event
    Join Waltham Fire, Police, EMS, 911, and the Recreation Department on Saturday, October 28th from 10am-2pm as they celebrate Halloween at Prospect Hill Park! Lots of free fun for the whole family - Costumes are welcome!
     
  • Gore Place Boo Bash
    Join Gore Place on Saturday, October 28th for their "Boo Bash"! Activities include a graveyard candy hunt, story-telling and songs, a pumpkin craft, and ghostly games! This program is recommended for children ages 2-12. See more & get your tickets here
     
  • The Western Greenway 5K
    Join Waltham Land Trust on Sunday, October 29th for their 5K walk & run benefit event where people of all ages traverse a 5K distance through the Western Greenway. More
     
  • Free Jeff Jam Kids Halloween Party at Craft Food Halls
    Jeff Jam is a friendly, goofy guy who sings and performs songs for children of all ages. He travels all over Massachusetts, New England, and the world with his acoustic guitar, bringing songs and smiles to children everywhere. Join Craft Food Halls on Sunday, October 29th from 4-5pm for a fun event of music! More

    How you choose to celebrate Halloween is up to you. The City of Waltham does not designate specific hours for Trick-or-Treating. It is celebrated on Halloween (Tuesday, October 31st), but hours are under the discretion of parents to decide. Check out these helpful safety tips from Massgov to ensure a safe & happy Halloween for all!
