Citizen Work Order Request System

The City of Waltham is pleased to announce the launch of the Citizen Order Request System on Tuesday, April 16, 2013.

Residents will be able to visit the City's website and click the link to the Citizen Work Order Request System under the "Quick Links" section of the main page.

Residents will then be able to enter the address of the issue and choose from the provided drop down menus of potential issues.

Once the resident fills out the request they will receive a confirmation screen with the assigned work order number and will be able to print it for their records.

Residents will be able to use the work order number provided to check the status of their request.

It is our hope that this will be helpful and efficient to residents in the reporting work requests.
