The City of Waltham owned condos are being sold by sealed bids. Bids are due September 18, by 10am. There are twenty-one 1 bedroom and three 2 bedroom condos (3 of the one bedroom units are affordable units). The condos are in a great location, with separate HVAC and laundry in each unit. They also have high ceilings with large windows, giving them a loft feel. The asking prices go from $235,000 to $425,000.
