Waltham Walks

Walking is one of the healthiest, safest, and easiest ways to begin a fitness program and can be a big step toward improving your overall health. Why not join Waltham Walks,"Healthy Waltham's" new free program to get all Waltham residents out and walking this year? We kicked off this program in April with a community walk at the Waltham Common. We hold regular walks throughout Waltham’s neighborhoods in collaboration with the Waltham Recreation Department, Mayor Jeannette McCarthy, and Waltham City Councillors. Walking is a great way to get out and meet your neighbors and get to know your community. We encourage everyone to join us. Walks are rain or shine. Thank you to our city officials and the Recreation Department for your support! Please see below for the schedule of upcoming walks. Read about Waltham Walks in the Waltham News Tribune and check out some photos of our walkers.
