Indoor Recreation Facility - Policy and Request Information

The City of Waltham’s Parks-Recreation Board has adopted the following policies regarding use of athletic fields and recreational facilities requiring a permit.
Permits are required for use of indoor facilities.  The following policies and procedures govern all recreational facilities under the jurisdiction of the Parks-Recreation Board.

Applications are available to download and must be submitted to the Recreation Department for consideration. Fees must be paid in full prior to receiving a permit.
