WPD Personal Alert Program

The Personal Alert Program is a free and voluntary program designed to aid First Responders with quick access to critical information to assist in interacting with Waltham residents with disabilities.

Please note: All submissions to this program will be followed up in person by a Waltham Police Officer and a clinician. Without this follow up, submissions cannot be fully processed and/or accepted.
