IN THE CITY COUNCILA public hearing be held in accordance with MGL Chapter 369 of the Acts of 1982 and City Council Rule 60 A on Monday, November 28, 2011 at 7:00 PM
In the City of Waltham Council Chamber at City Hall, 610 Main Street, Waltham relative to classification and the residential factor which shall be used by the Board of Assessors to determine the percentage of the tax levy to be borne by each class of the tax real estate and personal property for the fiscal year 2012.
