At City Hall
Payments can be made at the Treasurer's Office (610 Main Street), Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm for all outstanding bills including:
- Real Estate
- Personal Property
- Water & Sewer
- Excise**
- Parking**
- all other miscellaneous billing
For your convenience a drop off box is available at the rear entrance to city hall.

**Please be advised there is a 2.95% convenience fee for using credit/debit cards. If you need a registry release for excise and/or parking, your payment must be made by cash or credit card. Check payments require a 5 business day waiting period before release. Credit/Debit card payments are accepted 8:30 am to 4:15 pm.
