They expire in February 2023. Feel free to stop in the Health Dept. office at 119 School St, Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4:30 PM for pick-up.
*note: You must be a Waltham resident, age 2 and above, 4 Boxes per person (8 tests), and individual HAS to show up to receive their own kits unless other arrangements are made with the Health Department.
