Waltham Community Electricity for New Electricity Accounts

Waltham Community Electricity is a program offered by the City to residents and businesses to offer new electricity supply choices and more renewable energy. You can find more information on the program website Waltham-CEA.com. The program periodically sends Customer Notification Letters to new electricity customers. Our most recent letter is in the mail on 12/10/2021. If you have general questions about the letter, please call (866) 968-8065 or email support_ma@goodenergy.com.

• If you received the letter and would like to participate in the program, no action is necessary.

• If you would NOT like to participate, by 1/12/2022, either return the enclosed opt out card, call the electricity supplier Direct Energy at (866) 968-8065 or complete the opt-out form on the Waltham-CEA.com.

• If you would like a product other than the Waltham 10, please visit Waltham-CEA.com or call the supplier (866) 968-8065 to make a different choice.

Eligible customers who choose to stay in the program (i.e., don’t opt out) will be automatically enrolled after 1/12/2022.

Waltham Community Electricity is the only electricity program offered by our City - beware of look-alike offers and always look for the City seal on materials sent to you!
