The Waltham Forestry Division has acquired a new software to keep track of Waltham tree inventory

Residents can now view collected information, including tree species, diameter, health, and a host of other statistics with “Treekeeper”: https://walthamma.treekeepersoftware.com/.
The Statistics gathered will be used for maintenance planning and reforestation. The data will also quantify CO2 sequestration, energy savings, annual costs, storm water interception, and other data. This is an ongoing process and more tree inventory will be gathered and added to the software.
