The Mazie Mentoring Program was founded in 1998 and has been partnered with BBBS since 2017. Their goal-oriented program is designed for youth to understand their unlimited capabilities and build the confidence to set and achieve their aspirations. In memory of John Andrew Mazie, their mission is to enable young people to reach their full potential by matching them with a volunteer mentor from the community. Volunteers who are committed to forming genuine connections and providing empathy and guidance have an amazing opportunity to make a substantial impact in a youth's life. This program is ideal for anyone who has a passion for helping others, investing in the community, and getting more experience in youth development. We all need someone on our team rooting us on.
