HEADS UP! Important notice regarding phone lines to City Hall, Government Center, and 21-25 Lexington

UPDATE as of 4/14, 4pm: Waltham City Hall and other department’s phone service are now restored. Although the buildings continue to be physically closed, the offices are open and available to provide citizen services via email and phone. See our directory: https://www.city.waltham.ma.us/departments 

HEADS UP! There was a roof leak at Government Center last night that impacted the phone circuits and/or equipment. Unfortunately, all inbound calls to extensions existing on the Government Center switch, including the main line at City Hall, Government Center, and 21-25 Lexington are NOT able to receive inbound calls. We have placed emergency calls to Verizon and our Phone Vendor and are working to restore services.
