FYI! The Federal Eviction Moratorium ended on July 31st but the state of MA has extended eviction protections until April 2022 for tenants who are behind on their rent due to COVID19 pandemic-related income loss

In order to be eligible for protection against eviction, tenants must apply for rental assistance. Make sure you continue to be protected against evictions! Apply for rental assistance and fill out the form attached to prevent eviction.
