Another free CPR Class will be offered by Gary Thurston of Helpful Hands CPR on September 14th at Government Center

This is a hands-on course where students practice CPR skills with adult and infant manikins and learn how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). They will learn First Aid for workplace and home emergencies and how to relieve choking in adults, children and infants. We also discuss the warning signs of Opioid overdoses and how to administer Naloxone (Narcan).

The class will be held at Government Center on 8/31/2023 from 6pm-7:30pm. See here for more and how to enroll
