A reminder that a winter storm watch is currently in effect through Wednesday morning. Heavy rain will continue and then transition over to snow this afternoon.

A high wind warning has also been issued, with gusts predicted up to 60mph. Strong winds with heavy wet snow could lead to multiple power outages and downed branches. • All Waltham Public Schools will be closing early today. High School = 10:45am; Middle Schools = 11:15am; Elementary Schools = 11:45am. All after school activities will also be canceled.
• Trash & Recycling pick-up is on schedule with no delays
• Waltham ZBA meeting has been postponed to next Tuesday, March 21st.
• No parking ban / snow emergency has been called at this time. We will alert everyone if/when one is called.
