A reminder regarding Halloween & Trick-or-Treating in Waltham

How you choose to celebrate Halloween this year, whether traditionally, modified, or with a lower risk activity, is up to you. Additionally, the City of Waltham does not designate specific hours for Trick-or-Treating. It is celebrated on Halloween (Sunday, 10/31), but hours are under the discretion of parents to decide.

We encourage all our residents to continue to remain vigilant against the spread of COVID-19, and to follow what best suits them and their families. Check out these helpful safety tips from Massgov (mass.gov/news/halloween-during-covid-19) to ensure a safe & happy Halloween for all!

With that said, here are a few Halloween events happening around Waltham this weekend:

• Sat, 10/30, 12pm-4pm: Free Halloween fun with the Waltham Recreation Department at 510 Moody Street, featuring a bounce house, inflatable slide, glow games, face painting, crafts & more! Costumes welcome.
