The Waltham Health Department will be hosting a walk-in Moderna Vaccine clinic for individuals age 18 and older. Individuals can receive a 1st dose, 2nd dose or booster dose of the Moderna vaccine. No appointments are needed and health insurance is not required.
If you have received any doses of a COVID-19 vaccine in the past, please bring your vaccination card or other proof of vaccination.
