Outdoor dining is returning to Moody Street through Labor Day!
Outdoor dining will return to Moody Street this Summer! Here is everything you need to know:
- This year, vehicular traffic will be allowed on Moody Street at all times (7 days a week). There will be no change to traffic patterns and area residents will have full access to side streets.
- Outdoor dining & retail will be available to approved restaurants & businesses within their parking lane or sidewalk from May 24, 2024 through September 2, 2024.
- Any Moody Street business wanting to use the parking space(s) in front of their business for outdoor dining or retail are advised to complete a permit application with the Traffic Commission.
- There are several municipal lots off Moody Street for use, including those on Spruce Street, Chestnut Street and Walnut Street. See a Waltham parking map here
