Waltham Seniors: Please be careful. Some seniors are receiving calls asking for credit card information for vaccine sign up. This is a SCAM. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION to anyone calling you about the COVID-19 vaccine. Thank you.

With the widespread concern about finding and getting a vaccine, scammers are looking for ways to steal money and gather personal information that can be sold for profit. Here are some examples of common COVID-19 scams from the Middlesex DA's Office. Please be vigilant against scammers and consult the Massachusetts Department of Public Health website for up-to-date information regarding COVID-19 and vaccinations.
