Community Development Block Grant

The Community Development Block Grant is a federal program that provides funding for Waltham and other cities and organizations to help fund public infrastructure projects, social service programs, housing rehabilitation, and other community development activities. Meeting Opportunity! The Planning Department will host a public meeting to release the draft final version of the 2024-2025 CDBG Annual Action Plan and announce funding decisions. This meeting will be on April 10, 2024 at Government Center, 119 School Street Room #6 Waltham, MA 02451 at 10:00AM. A virtual meeting will also be held April 10, 2024 at 2:00PM.
