Planning Department CDBG Public Hearing

Planning Department staff will conduct a public hearing to solicit comments and input from residents regarding an amendment to the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan, 2020-2025 Consolidated Plan, and WestMetro HOME Consortium FY21 Annual Action Plan by proposing to add an additional project utilizing existing CDBG and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) federal funding, The proposed project is for accessibility improvements at Beaverbrook Apartments, a Waltham Housing Authority senior living property. The deadline for submitting comments is February 5th, 2022.
