Getting or Renewing a Driver’s License, ID Card or Learner’s Permit? Massachusetts RMV Announces New Requirements

- There will be no motor vehicle inspections in Massachusetts on March 23rd, 24th, or 25th.
- The Registry of Motor Vehicles is transitioning to a new technology which will mean that RMV service centers will be closed on March 23rd and AAA locations will be unable to offer RMV services on March 23rd and 24th.
- RMV online services will be unavailable as of 7pm, Thursday March 22nd and until 8am, Monday, March 26th.
