Current and recent public notices for matters before the Waltham Conservation Commission.

Wetlands Protection Act regulations (MA 310 CMR 10.05(3)(b)) require that notices appear in a general circulation newspaper not less than 5 days before the public meeting of the Commission at which the matter will be heard. As of April 15, 2022, the newspaper of record for these notices is the Boston Globe. Notices are reproduced here for convenient access by the public. The Conservation Commission maintains a list for automatic circulation of meeting agendas and another list for automatic circulation of meeting minutes. If you would like to be on either list, send a request to the conservation office specifying which (or both). Be sure to include your name and email address.

See the appropriate meeting agenda for a complete list of scheduled items and the order in which they are expected to appear. Projects continued from a previous meeting will be listed under the first appearance (public notice) date.
