CPC Meeting

The Community Preservation Committee (CPC) will hold its annual Public Input Hearing and regularly scheduled Public Meeting and Hearings on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The public and City officials are invited to give their input on matters pertinent to the Community Preservation Act (CPA). The deadline for filing a new application for this meeting is at noon on Tuesday, April 27, 2021.

Public participation will be via virtual means only. Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Waltham Community Preservation Committee will be conducted via remote participation.
