2024 City Census

YOUR 2024 WALTHAM CITY CENSUS WILL ARRIVE IN YOUR MAIL!
Every Calendar year the Office of the City Clerk mails the Annual City Census to all residential households as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 51 Section 4. Responding keeps your voting status active. Even if you’re not a registered voter, responding will assure the Office of the City Clerk can provide proof of residency. An Accurate account of residents will help Waltham provide better municipal services.
 
Please make sure to complete your form accurately listing each of the residents at your address as of January 1, 2024.
 
If you have changes to the form: Please mark changes directly on the form, sign, date and return to the Office of the City Clerk in the enclosed envelope through the mail or by dropping off in the secure city mailbox in the rear of 610 Main Street, Waltham, MA. Please note - any changes to a voter’s registration will require the voter’s signature.
 

NO CHANGES? RESPOND ONLINE
If there are NO CHANGES to your census, you can RESPOND ONLINE using your unique ID. Your Unique ID can be found under the barcode at the top right corner of your Census Form. (example below)
