Final water readings are scheduled with the Water Department by calling 781-314-3810 two weeks before the closing date. You will meet the Water Department for the reading that will be taken inside and outside on the property. Meters and touch pads must be in working order at this time in order for a final to be produced. Bills may be pick up at the Water Department later that afternoon at 163 Lexington St and must be paid in full before or at the closing.
