I no longer live in the City of Waltham, but I received an Excise Bill?

All excise taxes are generated from the Registry of Motor Vehicles as of January 1 and are produced from:

1. Drivers License
2. Registration
3. Where the vehicle is garaged

All changes must be made through the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
