Overnight parking is restricted throughout the City, except where signs have been posted to allow overnight parking on one side of the street between the hours of 2:00 am to 6:00 am. Signs are posted at the request of the residents who have submitted a petition to the Transportation Department which will be reviewed by the Traffic Commission.
