Reuse and Donations to
Charities
Check Out
www.freecycle.org
where you can give away or
find free items and ideas about reuse.
When throwing out reusable items, consider a donation to the many
charities in Waltham who reuse or sell used articles.Charitable
organizations in Waltham take donations of clothing, furniture,
household items, etc. Many of these organizations offer a tax credit.
If donation is not an option, please check our alternative recycling and
trash disposal list to see if you are following proper disposal
protocol. If you have any questions about what can and cannot be put in
the trash you can contact the Recycling Department at 781-314-3390.
