Waitlists are available ONLINE only!

All NEW participants are required to submit proof of residency as well as a copy of the participants birth certificate within one week of registering for programs. To submit forms, please visit our office at 510 Moody Street, email ldiblasi@city.waltham.ma.us or fax 781-314-3482.
ALL online registrations need to complete a Waiver Form per child/adult. This form needs to be printed, signed, and returned to the Recreation Office within one week of registering for programs.
