Yoga Flow
Monday’s 5:45 – 6:45 p.m.
January 26, February 2, 9, 23 March 2, 9
Waltham Recreation Department, 510 Moody Street
Instructor: Jessica Hubert

These classes will be progressive.  Jessica's training stems from the rigor of Ashtanga, combined with the detailed alignment of Iyengar.  The first few meetings will focus largely on proper alignment and positioning.  As we progress, our time together will become more of a flow class.  This provides an opportunity for seasoned yogis to revisit alignment, and creates a safe and welcome environment for newcomers to build a yoga practice. Each week we’ll; One hour of light stretching and strengthening, breathing and regrouping.  You are welcome to borrow a mat from the Rec Department, or feel free to bring your own.   A yoga strap or small towel is recommended.   All levels are welcome.  No previous experience necessary.   Cost: $50.00
