The Planning Department has released the DRAFT 5 Year Consolidated Plan (2016 – 2020), including the DRAFT Annual Action Plan funding allocations for Program Year 41 (2015 – 2016).
Please remember, this document in its entirety is a draft and is not to be considered final until official approval is received from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development in June 2015.

The CDBG program, administered by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provides funds around the country to develop viable urban communities. The City of Waltham receives funding from HUD each year under the CDBG program, through collaboration with multiple community partners, Waltham is able to deliver successful outcomes each year. Published Plans and Reports
Every 5 years the City of Waltham submits a Consolidated Strategic Plan to HUD, each year following the City submits the Annual Action Plan and at the end of each year a CAPER (Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report) is published documenting the success of each CDBG funded program and project.
