City of Waltham Annual 4th of July Celebration

The Waltham Celebration Committee and Mayor Jeannette A. McCarthy are pleased to announce that they will be hosting two events for this year’s 4th of July Celebration.

On Thursday, July 4, 2019 from 10:00a.m.-2:00p.m. at Prospect Hill Park there will be a family event featuring free children's inflatables, mini golf, Mike Piazza's Flying High Dog Show, Animal Adventures, music, trolley rides, food, and much more!

That evening at Leary Field, Back in Time will be performing at 5:30p.m. followed by fireworks at 9:30pm. Vendors set up behind the bleachers with food and novelties for sale. The Waltham Fire Department will be set up on Athletic Field Road with the S.A.F.E. House.

Children's inflatables will be at Prospect Hill only. There will be NO weapons, fireworks, sharp objects, or glass containers allowed.  No wheeled coolers will be allowed.  All bags brought in may be subject to search. No drones will be allowed.
