Congratulations to Firefighter Joe Cumming and his wife JulieAnn on the birth of their twins Kaylee Frances and Joseph William. Kaylee is the big sister and was born at 5:49pm weighing 6.0lbs and Joseph was born at 5:50pm weighing in at 5.15lbs. Mom and babies are doing great. Congrats to the Cumming Family on their new editions!!
